This Privacy Policy explains how TRT Booking (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through our website and app (the “Service”).
We collect account and usage information needed to provide sign-in and booking features, including: your email address and name (from Supabase Auth), optional profile info you enter, and booking/session-related information.
We may also collect basic technical data such as IP address and device/browser information for security and to operate the Service.
We use personal data to create and manage your account, enable sign-in, support bookings, and provide service and security features. We do not sell your personal data.
Your authentication and session information is handled by Supabase Auth. Supabase acts as a service provider/processor to help us provide the Service. Passwords (for email/password sign-in) are handled securely by Supabase.
We share personal data only as needed to operate the Service—for example, with studios/instructors to the extent required to manage your booking or membership status.
Because we use Supabase and other service providers, your personal data may be processed outside Hong Kong. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with applicable PDPO requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Under the PDPO, you may request access to and correction of personal data, and information about our personal data handling practices, subject to applicable exemptions.
